Post-wise Educational Qualification

| Senior Personal Assistant | Graduate; shorthand at least 110 words per minute and typewriting 40 words per minute. |
| Personal Assistant | Graduate; shorthand 100 words per minute, typing 40 words per minute and computer knowledge. |
| Junior Judicial Assistant | Graduate with computer typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. |
| Process Server | Matriculation pass or equivalent; alternatively Higher Secondary with LMV driving licence and 2 years' unblemished driving experience, as specified in the notice. |
| Peon / Orderly / Dak Peon | Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized board. |
Age Limit
The standard age band is 18 to 27 years, calculated as on 1 June 2026. Category-wise age relaxation is governed by the official advertisement. Check the relevant post and applicable relaxation.
Application Fee
- General fee: ₹100.
- Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD and Ex-serviceman categories are exempted, subject to notification conditions.
- Payment must be made through prescribed SBI e-pay. Fee once paid is non-refundable.
Can Himachal Pradesh candidates apply?
Yes. The notice invites eligible Indian nationals. Candidates from Himachal Pradesh can apply if they meet the post-wise education, age, skill and other conditions.
