Research Project Details
Project title: “Developing an Advanced Solar PV Research Ecosystem for Improved Performance and Reliability, Promoting Innovation and Predictive Diagnostics using AI Framework.”
The research project focuses on improving solar photovoltaic (PV) system performance and reliability, with innovation and predictive diagnostics supported by artificial intelligence.
Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualification
As stated in the notification, candidates must have completed any one of the following qualifications in a relevant discipline:
- M.Tech./M.E. in Energy, Electronics, Electrical, Information Technology, Computer Science & Engineering, or another relevant branch; OR
- M.Sc. in Physics, Energy, Electronic Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, or another relevant discipline; OR
- A five-year integrated Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
National-level examination: Candidates must have qualified a national-level examination such as GATE, CSIR-NET or UGC-NET, as specified in the notice.
Desirable Skills
Candidates with knowledge or experience in the following areas will be preferred:
- Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems.
- Integrated solar PV applications, including floating solar PV and agro-PV systems.
- Internet of Things (IoT).
- Artificial Intelligence (AI), especially Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Image Processing.
Salary / Fellowship
