Himachal Pradesh Candidates – Important Eligibility Alert: Official notification के Annexure-I में ONGC के eligible work-centre districts दिए गए हैं। इस सूची में Himachal Pradesh का कोई district शामिल नहीं है। किसी work centre के लिए उम्मीदवार का उस centre के eligible district का resident (domicile) होना या वहाँ से prescribed qualification प्राप्त करना आवश्यक है। इसलिए Himachal Pradesh के उम्मीदवार आवेदन करने से पहले Annexure-I और अपनी qualification location को ध्यान से verify करें। केवल पूरे भारत की भर्ती देखकर eligibility assume न करें।

Age Relaxation

ITI / vocational trade certificates must be from institutions recognized by the State Board of Technical Education (SBTE) / NCVT as applicable. Electrician qualification में Wireman trade certificate accepted नहीं है, as stated in the notification. Degree qualifications must be recognized by relevant statutory bodies such as UGC / AICTE.

Training duration सभी trades के लिए 12 months है। Notification के अनुसार TA/DA, boarding, lodging या transportation खर्च ONGC द्वारा नहीं दिया जाएगा।

Work Centres / Location Details

ONGC ने 24 work centres में seats घोषित की हैं। उम्मीदवार केवल उसी work centre के लिए आवेदन कर सकता है जिसके लिए Annexure-I में उसका domicile district या qualification district eligible हो।

Himachal Pradesh applicants: Annexure-I में Dehradun के लिए Uttarakhand के सभी districts, Delhi के लिए NCR districts, और अन्य centres के लिए निर्धारित राज्यों / districts दिए गए हैं। Himachal Pradesh का कोई district इस Annexure में listed नहीं है। यदि आपने prescribed qualification किसी eligible district से प्राप्त की है तो अपने specific case को official notification से जाँचें; अन्यथा eligibility मानकर आवेदन न करें।

Selection Process

1. Applications की scrutiny और eligibility verification।
2. Trade / discipline और work-centre wise qualifying examination marks के आधार पर provisional merit list।
3. Merit के अनुसार candidates को document verification के लिए shortlist किया जाएगा।
4. Original certificates और self-attested copies का verification।
5. Final merit list और engagement formalities।
6. Apprentice engagement से पहले medical fitness और applicable portal formalities पूरी करनी होंगी।

Written examination: Notification में selection qualifying examination marks पर merit-based बताया गया है; इस advertisement के selection procedure में written examination का उल्लेख नहीं है।

Important Eligibility Conditions

• Candidate ने पहले Apprenticeship training पूरी न की हो और currently apprenticeship में न हो।
• Technician Apprentice के लिए prescribed qualification प्राप्त करने के बाद 1 year या अधिक training / job experience वाले candidates eligible नहीं हैं, as stated in the notification.
• 29/11/2026 तक qualifying examination पास किए हुए 3 years से अधिक नहीं होने चाहिए।
• Candidate को एक sector के अंतर्गत एक particular work centre और एक trade के लिए आवेदन करना चाहिए। Multiple applications होने पर allocation ONGC management के discretion पर हो सकता है।
• Vacancies tentative हैं और ONGC की आवश्यकता के अनुसार बदल सकती हैं।
• Apprenticeship पूरी होने के बाद ONGC में permanent employment का अधिकार / guarantee नहीं मिलता।

How to Apply Online

1. सबसे पहले official notification और Annexure-I में अपना trade, work centre और eligible district जाँचें।
2. NAPS trades के लिए Apprenticeship India portal पर registration करें।
3. NATS trades के लिए NATS portal पर registration करें।
4. ONGC apprenticeship application portal पर दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार संबंधित trade / work centre के लिए आवेदन पूरा करें।
5. सभी personal details, qualification details और registration information सही भरें।
6. Application final submit करने के बाद acknowledgement / application details सुरक्षित रखें।
7. Registered email, NAPS / NATS account और ONGC website पर updates देखते रहें।
