🎓 Educational Qualification – Post-wise Details
1. Project Research Scientist-I (Medical) – 1 Post
- Essential: MBBS/BDS degree from a recognized university/institution.
- Desirable: Postgraduate qualification/training in Public Health; community-based research; qualitative data collection/documentation; scientific report writing and data interpretation; proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, SPSS and database management.
- Willingness to travel frequently to rural and tribal study sites is essential.
2. Project Nurse-III – 10 Posts
- Essential: Four-year B.Sc. Nursing course.
- Desirable: Community-based research experience and knowledge of computer applications/data entry.
- Field work is required. Out of 10 posts, 4 are for District Kinnaur; preference will be given to candidates residing in Kinnaur for these posts.
3. Project Technical Support-III (Nutrition) – 1 Post
- Three-year graduate degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, or Home Science with Nutrition plus 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience; OR postgraduate degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, Public Health Nutrition or a relevant field.
- Desirable: Nutritional assessment, dietary counselling, lifestyle modification counselling and community intervention experience.
4. Project Technical Support-III (Psychology) – 1 Post
- Three-year graduate degree in Psychology/relevant subject plus 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience; OR postgraduate degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Health Psychology or Applied Psychology.
- Desirable: Behaviour-change techniques, motivational interviewing, stress management, psychological interventions and community-based research experience.
5. Project Technical Support-III (Public Health/Social Sciences etc.) – 1 Post
- Three-year graduate degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Social Work, Sociology or Life Sciences plus 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience; OR postgraduate degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Social Work, Sociology, Life Sciences, Health Sciences or a relevant field.
- Desirable: Community-based research coordination, MS Office/Google Workspace and electronic data collection/data-management skills. Frequent travel to rural and tribal study sites is required.
6. Project Technical Support-II – 1 Post
- 12th pass in Science with a diploma in Computer Applications/Computer Science/Information Technology and 5 years' experience in data entry, electronic data processing or computerized data management; OR a three-year graduate degree in Computer Applications/Computer Science/IT with 2 years' post-qualification experience in the relevant area.
- Desirable: Medical institution experience, data cleaning/validation, database management, MS Excel reporting and electronic data collection platforms.
7. Project Technical Support-I – 1 Post
- Three-year graduate degree in any discipline plus 1 year of post-qualification experience in office/administrative support, project assistance, record keeping, documentation or data/office management in a recognized organization.
- Desirable: Basic MS Word, MS Excel, email, scanning/printing, file management and logistical support skills.
🧪 Selection Process & Interview Schedule
Stage 1: Document VerificationApplications will be reviewed and eligible candidates will be shortlisted.
Stage 2: Written TestWritten test for eligible applicants. Scheduled from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM on 02 November 2026.
Stage 3: InterviewOnly candidates shortlisted on the basis of the written test will be interviewed on the same day.
